As the owner of Browning Consultancy, I often get asked what makes us different. For me this is simple;
I love Planning, I have an Entrepreneurial spirit and I do not accept "can't"
My approach to life is filled with curiosity, and I'm a lifelong learner of "stuff". With that, you'll often find me listening to podcasts, reading all I can on the topic that has caught my attention in the moment and fervent user of "the google" to teach me to do anything that is currently blocking my understanding or ability to solve my problem or roadblock of the day.
We brand ourselves as a business as sitting within the Planning and Controls domain, but when you work with us you see that we are so much more than that. We are creative and disruptive innovators for your organisation. We have a strong Planning and Controls philosophy running through everything we do, but the core of our approach is founded on the belief that organisational transformation is possible by embracing these fundamental principles alongside a blend of other skill-sets, approaches and solutions. Every problem is unique, every solution, tailored.
